TITLE XIX - MEDICAID - MEDICARE

MEDICAID, also referred to as TITLE 19, is a joint Federal and State progam that helps with medical costs for some people with limited income and assets.  MEDICAID or TITLE 19 also offers benefits not normally covered by MEDICARE, such as Nursing Home care or Long Term Care Facilities.
